Returns
Please contact your Customer Service Department within your region within 24 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavour. Please try samples of products from your local store to be sure you enjoy a particular flavour.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to SND at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Promotional Items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.

You must receive a confirmation number from our return department or you package will be refused. Once you have contacted our returns department your package may be returned to your respective region:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail your(depending on your region) Customer Service Department at orderseast@sndcanada.com or orderswest@sndcanada.com within 48 hours.

Backorders
If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than two days (48 hours), we will ship items separately at no extra charge to avoid delays AND/OR contact you to see if you wish a substitute size, flavour, etc. Occasionally, we may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60-cap bottles for a 120-cap bottle. We will NEVER substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product without your permission.

Orders over $99* before tax receive FREE shipping.
Orders over $150* before tax receive a 5% discount off of the prices listed on our website.
Orders over $200* before tax receive a 7% discount off of the prices listed on our website.
Orders over $500* before tax receive a 10% discount off of the prices listed on our website.

Shipping/Order Tracking
All orders should arrive within 2-5* business days anywhere in Canada**. Free shipping on all orders over $99 Canadian before tax. Orders under $99 will also be shipped for a low flat shipping rate $9.95**. (**excluding remote northern rural regions)

Once your order picked up from our warehouse by Canada Post, you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canadapost.ca.

Orders made before 3:00 pm** will be sent that day. Orders made after 3:00 pm** or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
(* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not quality for free shipping. This is a rare occurance and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas.)
