Shipping/Order Tracking
Orders made before 3:00pm** during business hours will be processed that day and shipped within 24-48 hours pending any order discrepancies, larger volume days due to special sales/offers, weekends and statutory holidays. Canada Post will then provide you a direct email of your order shipping status that includes an order tracking number, a link to their package tracking website, and an ETA of your order arrival date that is within 2-6 business days of this Canada Post confirmation. Free shipping on all orders over $99 Canadian before tax. Orders under $99 will also be shipped for a low flat shipping rate $9.95**. (**excluding remote northern rural regions)

* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not quality for free shipping. Delivery times from Canada Post may be extended. This is a rare occurence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas.

Returns
Please contact our Central Customer Service Centre within 24 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavour. Please try samples of products from your local store to be sure you enjoy a particular flavour.
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchased price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to SNDCanada at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
Promotional Items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please e-mail your Customer Service Department (depending on your region) at orderseast@sndcanada.com or orderswest@sndcanada.com within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Backorders
If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than two days (48 hours), we will ship product(s) separately at no extra charge to avoid delays AND/OR contact you to see if you wish a substitute size, flavour, etc. Occasionally, we may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60-cap bottles for a 120-cap bottle. We will NEVER substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product without your permission.
